Greetings from Women’s Leader: Juddy Henry
It is with heartfelt humility and honor that we are very grateful to the Lord to serve in the Ministry of motivating-and encouraging women in this season of life.
In essence, the function of the Women’s Ministry is:
To give support to the Presbytery. Our Pastors labor earnestly and has given unceasing time to wait before the Lord to receive from the heart of God what He has to say to us. They deserve our utmost and maximum support.
Our Theme for the Women’s Ministry is “Building Godly Lives”
We operate through (3) three different components
1: Using and exercising Emotional Intelligence which is a critical and very powerful way of keeping the team cohesive and in one accord.
We are accountable to each other, motivating, encouraging, exhorting and praying always, exercising respect for each of their views and concerns, giving emotional, spiritual and mental support.
2: We embrace effectual and fervent prayers; thus our approach to maintaining the unity is fasting and praying together.
Our prayer service is every night except for Sunday, Tuesday and Saturday night, if there’s an emergency with anyone whether it be a member of the body or current issue with a family, the country, relatives, associates, the world at large, we drop everything and summon a prayer meeting.
3: Building Godly lives – Our Theme scripture is 1st Timothy 4:7 & 8a
In building Godly Lives; transparency is vital, God knows everything He is Infinite so we are challenged every day to live our lives as examples and remain Faithful to God in all we do so that the Christ in us will be very evident in our daily living.
We are instructed to “Walk in the Spirit so we will not fulfill the lust of the flesh” Gal.5:16. At all times our focus is exercising and honoring the instructions given in Galatians 5:22-26.
Be an example for the other women and teach the younger women.
During the past year the Lord guided us to give the youth a voice on the platform we are currently using to conduct services.
Thus “Youth Corner “ was initiated in July of 2021 Sis Marianna Brock
Is responsible for coordinating.
The last Sunday of each month is Women’s Ministry Youth Corner is featured on this day.
We are open to receive any youth who’s walking with the Lord and would like to share a testimony or an item in song to connect with Sis Marianna by calling the church number (786-985-3850) and present it to the Secretary Sis Barbara Simpson, then she will communicate with Sis Marianna.

Our Core values and Mission:
As is intricately expressed in the detailed lay out of our Women’s Ministry, there is grateful happiness that the Holy Spirit has made His presence evident everytime the Women of Our Company meet for fellowship, which includes fervent prayer, praise and worship as well as any praise report resulting from our fasting and the unity of our faith.
We also come together with the expectation of learning new things from the Word of God because we meditate on the Word from several Scriptures . We also get the opportunity to present an exhortation from our studies.
The Women’s Ministry is a functioning area of The Apostolic Church in America and we have great expectations; that we will continue to grow in Grace and Knowledge of the Word of God which will enable us to be more effective in reaching other women to become a part of the Kingdom of God.
