Daniel 6:1-28 Daniel was of the children of the captivity and taken to Babylon; he purposed in his heart not to eat the Kings meat, keeping himself Undefiled; he had an Excellent spirit, given Wisdom, Knowledge, and Understanding from God; so he was preferred above all the other presidents and princes: The King desired to promote him over the whole Realm: But the other Leaders sought occasion against Daniel concerning the Kingdom, but they could find none; for he was Faithful and there was no error or fault found in him: They devised a plot to destroy him, which they took the King, and it was signed by the King, but he did not know of their deception: The decree was that, whoever asked a petition of any God; except the King, would be thrown into a den of lions; Daniel prayed to the God of heaven, three times a day with the windows opened: He did not comply, it was told the King, he found out their trickery: He was very sorry, and prayed The God of Daniel to deliver him: God saved him from the hungry lions, no hurt was found on him, because he believed on his God: The king was glad, those who plotted against Daniel, were cast in the lions’ den, along with their wives and children and they were devoured: LESSON: whatever you sow, you reap: Leaders today are doing the same thing tearing down each other: GOD is not pleased with how they behave toward each other: NO EXAMPLE IS SET: The King made another decree, that in every Dominion of his Kingdom, men Tremble and Fear THE GOD of Daniel, THE LIVING GOD, STEADFAST FOREVER, HIS KINGDOM HAS NO END:
Job 1:1:8, 2:3 JOB: Three times God said about him: have you considered My Servant Job, that there is None like him in the Earth; Perfect; Upright: Fears God: Hates Evil: Unlike Leaders Today He was an Honorable Caring and Respected Leader, an example to Old and Young alike: READ Job 29:1-25 LEADERS like these are in short supply: LOOK around the whole World Today: It is no wonder God said; Only These Men would be saved: As the LEADERS; so are the People:
1 Timothy 2:1-4 We are exhorted to PRAY for ALL in Authority; that we may lead a Quiet and Peaceable life; in all Godliness and Honesty: For this is Good and Acceptable in the sight of GOD OUR SAVIOR; Who would have ALL MEN to be Saved; and come to the Knowledge of the TRUTH:
