How delightful it is to rest in the Lord. We are instructed to Wait patiently for Him: However the problem is, most people have no patience: The one who does, have had to learn the hard way: Waiting is hard to do: We want it Now: It is a difficult thing to Wait on God. Our human brain cannot Comprehend the Complexities of His timing. His timing is not our timing. Our right now is His right on time. He may not come when you want Him, but He’ll be there right on time: He’s an on-time God, Yes, He is:
Over and over in the Bible, God shows up in the nick of time. He never fails to be there when we need Him: We know that He is Faithful, but in our human weakness we struggle to Wait for Him. Perhaps that is where the lesson lies: In that space of time between the asking and the granting is the Waiting and we exercise our faith: Faith is the substance of things hoped for the evidence of things not seen: We learn to Rest in Him: Wait on The Lord; be of good courage and He shall strengthen thine heart: Wait I say on The Lord:
They that Wait upon The Lord shall renew their strength, they shall mount up with wings like eagles, they shall run and not be weary; they shall walk and not faint:
The Lord is good unto them that Wait for Him, to the soul that seeks Him: It is good that a man should both hope and quietly Wait for the Salvation of The Lord.

John 1: 1-36: John the For-runner of Jesus was Waiting to see The Word which was in the Beginning, Who was with God and was God: The Creator: In Him was Life and Light: And The Word was made Flesh and dwelt among us and we beheld His Glory: V 29: John seeth Him coming saith, Behold, The Lamb of God which taketh away the sin of the world: I saw the Spirit descending from Heaven like a Dove and it abode upon Him: And I knew Him not: Although John was the cousin of Jesus: Flesh and blood cannot Reveal the things of God: V 33: Upon whom thou shalt see The Spirit descending and remaining on who Him, The Same is He: Read All:
After the Crucifixion, His Blood Atoning for our sin; the Death, Burial and Resurrection of Jesus accomplished; Acts 1:2-5: To whom He showed Himself Alive by many Infallible proofs, being seen of them forty days and speaking of things pertaining to The Kingdom of God, being assembled together, Jesus commanded them not to depart from Jerusalem: But Wait for The Promise of The Father: You shall be Baptized with The Holy Ghost:
Acts 2:1- 8: You shall receive Power after that The Holy Ghost is come upon you and you shall be Witnesses unto Me both in Jerusalem, in all Judaea, Samaria, and to the Uttermost part of the Earth: Preaching The Gospel boldly through The Spirit: The Disciples Waited Ten days, from Jesus’ Ascencion to Pentecost:
Hebrews 10: 37: For yet a little while and He that shall come, will come: Live by Faith, don’t draw back unto perdition: Be steadfast unmovable always abounding in the things of The Lord and Wait for The Second Coming of the Lord: O Lord Jesus how Long, ere we shout the glad song, Christ Returneth, Hallelujah Amen:
