We’re called upon to protect, provide and to nurture our children. Sometimes we fathers, may be called upon to fill the role of mothers.
So honoring fathers on this significant day speaks to our important role in society. Society is shaped by fathers who have demonstrated good morals both in and out of the homes, as they set the examples for children to follow.
1Cor 4-15 For though we have ten thousand instructors in Christ, yet have we not many Fathers; for in Christ Jesus I have begotten you through the Gospel. God gave us Spiritual Fathers, Eph 4-12 For the perfecting of the saints, for the work of the ministry for the edifying of the Body of Christ. Thank God for their labor of love. For our Biological Fathers, who taught us from the Word of God, provided, protected and cared for their Families, Heavenly Father give them strength and wisdom and may they receive the gift of Salvation through Faith in Jesus.
