We often time wonder, if there’s anywhere that is off limit for the enemy:
Reading from Job 2:1-2 tells us “Again there was a day when the sons of God came to present themselves before the Lord, and Satan came also among them to present himself before the Lord.
And the Lord said unto Satan, from whence cometh thou? And Satan answered the Lord, and said, from going to and forth in the earth, and from walking up and down in it”.
( This passage of scripture tells us that despite the awesome nature of God’s presence the enemy with glee presents himself among the sons of God, not only that he presents himself before God, but he’s also expressing freedom, by saying that “he was going to and fro in the earth and from walking up and down in it,” and while he was not detected by the sons of God, God saw him. This tells us that we have to rely constantly on the protection of God against this enemy. Reading the news recently, it was reported that in the middle of a church service in Australia a man armed with a knife, entered the house of God and stabbed two of God’s ministering servants.
This speaks of the fierceness of the enemy and his ability to go anywhere. The Bible describes him as the Prince of this world. John 16:11 and John 14:30. The Bible describes him also as the god of this world 2 Corinthians 4:4. The Bible even describes him as a roaring lion seeking whom he may devour. 1 Peter 5:8. His influence is strong, and he can only be defeated with the help of the Lord. So therefore, let us put on the whole armor of God which is recorded in Ephesians 6:10-20 so as to be able to defeat the enemy.
