Hebrews 13:15 tells us
“By him therefore let us offer the sacrifice of praise to God continually, that is, the fruit of our lips giving thanks to his name”.
(So, we are told here from the scripture that the fruit of our lips is our praise and worship, and it must be a continuous exercise.
In Isaiah 6:3 it says, ” And one cry unto another, and said, holy, holy, holy, is the Lord of hosts the whole earth is full of his Glory”.
(In this we see where angels are engaged continually in worship, using the fruit of their lips as we are called upon to do. Therefore, each time we worship we are only joining the angels who continue to do the same.
