VOICE, SPEECH, UTTERANCE, SOUND, VOCAL, TO COMMUNICATE, SAY, EXPRESS, AUDIBLE:
VOICE in the Bible, signifies more than the Spoken word: It is the Divine conduit for communication, Inspiration and Guidance: {SAY} present Tense: {SAID} past Tense: Mentioned Thousands of times: His VOICE is heard throughout The Bible, from Genesis to Revelation:
Gen I: 3,6,9,11,14,20,24,26,28,29: Ten times it is written, God Said: Meaning He used His VOICE to Create the Heavens, the Earth, Seas and all that is therein, including, He SAID {Let Us make Man} The VOICE of The LORD is so Powerful, He Spake and everything came into existence:
Gen: 3:8-9: Adam and his wife heard the VOICE of The LORD GOD, and hid themselves from the Presence of the LORD, and GOD called unto them and SAID, Where art thou? V10: I heard Your VOICE, and I was afraid, V11,13-19,22, all because of disobedience, God Said, what would happen:
Ex: 3:1-4,5, 6,7-12: God called Moses, gave him instructions to bring forth the children of Israel, out of Pharoah’s bondage in Egypt, V14 revealed to him, Who was speaking, { I AM THAT I AM } Moses obeyed the VOICE of God, deliverance came, Ex:19 God called him again, to speak to the children of Israel at Mt Sinai and God answered him by a VOICE: Ex: 20:1-20, These words are the Ten Commandments: V19, they asked Moses to speak with them, but let not God Speak lest they die:
Deuteronomy: 4-10-12: Moses reminding the people of the day when the LORD SAID unto me; Gather me the people together, and I will make them hear My Words that they may learn to Fear Me all their days, and that they may teach their children: They came and stood under the mountain that burned with fire, darkness and thick clouds: And the LORD spake unto you in the midst of the fire; ye heard the VOICE of the words but saw no similitude, only you heard a VOICE:
Psalm: 29,3,4,5-7-9: The VOICE of the LORD is upon the waters, upon many waters: His VOICE Thundereth: It is Powerful, it is full of Majesty, breaketh the cedars of Lebanon, maketh Lebanon and Sirion to skip like a calf and a young unicorn: His VOICE divideth the flames of fire, shaketh the wilderness of Kadesh, maketh the hinds to calve, discovereth the forests: What a Mighty VOICE:
Great is our LORD and of Great Power: He sendeth forth His commandment upon earth: His Word runneth very swiftly: He casteth forth His ice like morsels, then sendeth out His Word to melt them: His VOICE is heard by all creation, and by the Prophets: Today He speaks by His Son: {Hear ye Him}
Today if you will hear His VOICE harden not your heart, as in the provocation, some when they heard, did provoke God and died in the wilderness: They were rebellious and stubborn:
Hearing God’s VOICE provides many benefits if obeyed: Blessings too numerous to mention: Grace, Mercy Forgiveness, Eternal Life, Righteousness, Peace, Agape Love, Faith, Hope and Relationship:
Samuel heard God’s VOICE in the Temple, The Lamp of God was gone out, where The ARK of God was {The Presence } at first he did not recognize the VOICE thinking that it was the Priest Eli calling, he was told to say, Speak Lord your servant is listening, he was young and did not yet know the LORD, neither was the word of The LORD yet revealed to him: Called to be a Prophet and Leader to the Nation: Young and Old can hear the VOICE of God: Abraham, Isaac, Jacob, Prophets, Believers, Unbelievers, Creation, Fish, Wind, Birds {Hear} Elijah heard the Still small VOICE of God: { LISTEN }
